Hello there! I'm Nick, a seasoned full stack web developer with over 10 years of experience in creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. I excel at transforming creative ideas into functional and visually appealing designs, leveraging my expertise in technologies such as PHP, React, Node.js, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, SCSS, and Bootstrap. I have successfully collaborated with designers, front-end & back-end developers, accessibility experts, and stakeholders to bring projects to life.
Currently, I lead a talented team of front-end developers, ensuring we deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. My role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising team members, establishing performance standards, and providing detailed reporting to management. I actively participate in code reviews, security checks, and skill development to foster a culture of continuous improvement. I have contributed to the development of hundreds of websites and play a crucial role in maintaining and building out features for our robust content management system (CMS) and default templates.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exploring the latest technology and AI advancements, working on personal projects, spending quality time with my family, and expanding my evergrowing vinyl collection.
